EXHIBITOR INFO & REGULATIONS

Move-in & move-out
- Build-up — exhibitor move-in and stand construction before the show opens.
- Show days — 18–20 November 2026.
- Tear-down — move-out after the show closes.
- Detailed move-in/out times are published in the Exhibitor Manual.
Stand construction
Build heights
Foyer stands build to a 3m maximum; the IOI Grand halls have an 8.8m ceiling for larger builds. Confirm your design against the Manual.
Official contractors
Stand fitting and rigging are handled by the appointed official contractors — KXL Crossover Sdn Bhd.
Performance bond
A refundable performance bond (MYR 5,000) applies to custom/bare-space builds, per the Exhibitor Manual.
Insurance & safety
Exhibitors must carry their own insurance and follow all venue safety rules.
